The world's foremost AI Film Festival is held in Hollywood, California — the nexus of the entertainment industry — and explores AI's dangers, promises, and revolutionary effects on both Society and Cinema.
Now celebrated monthly due to the rapid pace of AI advancement, this truly independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) festival is both IMDb-recognized and FilmFreeway Gold-qualified. It has been curating AI-themed films since 2021 and now receives about 100 submissions each month.
The festival showcases Live Action Films, AI Films, Hybrid AI Films, and Animated Films that examine AI’s societal impact or signal the future of creative expression. Now also offering educational workshops for aspiring filmmakers led by respected AI creatives.
Known for its uniquely interactive format, the festival brings filmmakers and audiences together in real-time conversations — watching and discussing each film immediately after it screens.

Each workshop introduces practical techniques in AI-enhanced filmmaking—from prompt-driven generation to hybrid editing workflows—all within the context of meaningful storytelling and societal impact. You’ll learn directly from award-winning creators some of whom have been featured in our festival.

Sevda, a Turkish and German citizen, is an internationally recognized fashion designer, painter, novelist, film maker, world traveler, and most recently also successful stand-up comedian. Sev splits her time between Munich Germany, Antalya Turkey, Nice France, New York, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles, and serves as chief judge for the AI International Film Festival.
The visionary director behind *In the Arms of Fire* and the founder of The Influence Films, Mauricio has over 20 years of experience as a musician and award-winning filmmaker. Mauricio’s creative journey is marked by his dedication to pushing the boundaries of independent cinema.
Morning news host on Univision’s KMEX, Channel 34, Field Producer of BodogFIGHT. Field Production on the Oscar ™ nominated film, “Which Way Home” won her an Emmy ™. Gabriela loves training with The Independent Shakespeare Company.
Michael, from Nigeria, creates documentaries showcasing the intricacies of social interactions & relationships, telling compelling stories, shedding light on diverse experiences and perspectives of people from all walks of life. With a PhD of Film Studies, he is a producer for the AI Film Fest.
A passionate filmmaker with over 10 years of experience in producing, directing, and writing. His most recent film, 'Love Takes Time,' has won 12 awards at film festivals around the world. Albert thrives on storytelling and collaborating with like-minded creative individuals to bring compelling stories to life.
Kwintone joins us as volunteer Communications Director. He is known as "Kwintocrates" for his "word-magic", developed in a distinguished career of managing complex organizations under very challenging circumstances. Currently a well-respected financial consultant, Kwintone is also an expert on the subject of AI.
Mary is a student at New York Film Academy, and is an experienced TV producer, screenwriter, videographer, and editor. Mary speaks English, German, and French, and is a world traveler, and also chief editor for the AI International Film Festival.
Dorothy is an enthusiastic and frequent world traveler, microbiologist, teacher, birder, painter, and film enthusiast, and hospitality director for the AI Film Fest.
Bert Holland founded the AI International Film Festival to increase awareness of the societal impact of AI and ChatGPT, to integrate AI into film making, and prepare young film makers for the AI future. Founder The AI Project and The AI Consult and AI Film Fest.
